LinkedIn is a great tool for professional networking. Among other social media platforms, LinkedIn has proven its value for job hunting, recruiting, marketing, and lead generation. This session will provide participants with an overview and hands-on exploration of LinkedIn and its features. Attendees will get the chance to create or improve their LinkedIn profiles and connect with other professionals, students, and alumni at SJR State College. The session will conclude with an open discussion on how the College could promote the use of LinkedIn to benefit its employees, faculty, and students. Attendees should be seated at an individual computer and be prepared to complete tasks online during the session.
