The #IamRemarkable initiative strives to empower women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. At the heart of the #IamRemarkable initiative is a 60-minute workshop hosted by a certified facilitator. Goals: • Improve self-promotion motivation and skills. • Change social perceptions towards self-promotion. Objectives: 1. Discuss: Data and research about self-promotion and unconscious biases. 2. Practice: Main exercises to help participants articulate their achievements and practice self-promotion. 3. Go home strong: Discussion and take-home exercises.
